Our observation tells us that there is no increase in disorder in the universe. Energy passes from one state to another like "order" passes in "disorder" and then again into "order". The very definitions of order and disorder mean, that an "order" will never became "disorder" and "disorder" will never became "order" without outside intervention. Energy may pass from one state to another but it does not increase the disorder in the universe. In the universe there is no real disorder because, everything has logical cause and effect. The balance is kept in order. If the balance is kept in order, no real disorder results. When a pig eats plant, it uses its energy and excretes the rest. The energy that goes into pig increases order in the universe by improving the order in pig's body systems. The disorder in manure, feeds another plant, which turns disordered energy in manure to build an "orderly" itself. When the pig dies, it increases disorder, which is countered by the order in growing plant. Since the ecosystem is balanced the order and disorder are balanced too. The same amount of the energy that was "lost" by the first plant was recovered by the second plant. The life of one pig is countered by its death. There is a perfect balance, all the time. It can be observed in life cycles of plants and animals on Earth as well as in the movements of planets.
